Operations Manager
Job Description
The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of OROS Gaming, supporting the leadership team and managing key administrative functions, including HR coordination, IT outsourcing, office management, and budget oversight. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the company, allowing managers to focus on strategic leadership and team growth.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with experience managing a wide range of administrative tasks across various departments and an ability to streamline processes, optimize vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Accountabilities

Office & Vendor Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including procurement of supplies, software licensing, vendor management (IT providers, facilities services, etc.), and ensuring an optimized and efficient workspace.

HR Support: Assist in HR tasks such as managing employee benefits, onboarding, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Financial Oversight: Work closely with department heads to track expenses, manage budgets, and provide financial reports to senior management. Ensure adherence to the company’s budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with studio leadership to ensure operational excellence and clear communication across all teams.

Risk Management: Monitor company operations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and mitigate any potential risks.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably within a tech or creative industry.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary team members at all levels.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with HR processes, including benefits administration.

Technical aptitude in IT coordination and managing outsourced services.

Experience with budget management and financial reporting.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications

PMP, SHRM-CP, or similar certification is a plus.
